Competition Rules

UNDER 15 FOREST BOWL RULES:

  1. ALL MATCHES MUST BE PLAYED ON THE SPECIFIED DATES. FAILURE TO KEEP TO THESE DATES MAY LEAD TO ELIMINATION FROM THE COMPETITION.
  2. ALL MATCHES OF 35 MINUTES EACH WAY. IN THE EVENT OF A DRAW, EXTRA TIME OF 10 MINUTES EACH WAY MUST BE PLAYED. IF THE SCORES REMAIN LEVEL, PENALTIES ON THE USUAL BASIS WILL DECIDE THE WINNERS.
  3. FOR ALL MATCHES UP TO THE SEMI-FINALS, THE HOME TEAM SHOULD PROVIDE THE REFEREE AND A SIZE 5 FOOTBALL. REFEREES SHOULD REPORT ANY DISCIPLINARY MATTERS TO THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
  4. PLAYERS ELIGIBLE FOR THE COMPETITION SHOULD BE UNDER 15 ON 1 SEPTEMBER 2009.
  5. TEAM MANAGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING DETAILS OF THE GAMES WITH THE OPPOSING SCHOOL AND FOR DECIDING COLOURS.


UNDER 14 FOREST VASE RULES:

THESE ARE AS THE FOREST BOWL EXCEPT :

  1. MATCHES OF 30 MINUTES EACH WAY. EXTRA TIME STILL 10 MINUTES EACH WAY.
  2. PLAYERS ELIGIBLE FOR THE COMPETITION SHOULD BE UNDER 14 ON 1 SEPTEMBER 2009.
  3. SIZE 4 OR SIZE 5 BALL (BY AGREEMENT)

NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS

ALL RESULTS IN THE FOREST BOWL AND FOREST VASE MUST BE TELEPHONED OR E.MAILED TO MIKE SIMMONDS BY BOTH PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS, EITHER ON THE EVENING OF THE GAME OR BEFORE MIDDAY THE FOLLOWING DAY.
